This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your information—especially when you choose to receive SMS messages from us. Having a clear, public privacy policy is required for our Application‑to‑Person (A2P) text‑messaging program and helps carriers verify that we follow industry‑standard data‑protection practices.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect contact details (name, business name, email, phone number, and address), marketing preferences (SMS or email consent settings), technical usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, links clicked), and service records (project notes, invoices, and payment history) when you interact with us online or become a client.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to deliver and manage our web design and marketing services, send invoices and project updates, provide tips or promotional offers if you have opted in, comply with legal and carrier requirements, prevent fraud and abuse, and analyse traffic so we can improve our site and services; we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

When you check the SMS opt‑in box on a form or reply “YES” or “START” to one of our texts, you consent to receive recurring transactional and marketing messages; promotional texts are limited to four per month, message and data rates may apply, you can cancel anytime by replying “STOP,” request help by replying “HELP,” and your consent is never a condition of purchase; your number is shared only with GoHighLevel and downstream carriers to deliver these messages.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure page performance; you can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work properly if you do.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We share data only with vetted service providers who host our site, process payments, deliver emails, or route SMS messages (all bound by confidentiality), with regulators or law‑enforcement when required, and with a successor in the event of a merger or acquisition, in which case you will receive prior notice.

6. Data Security

We protect information with TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, role‑based access controls, and routine vulnerability testing; while no system is perfectly secure, we continuously improve our safeguards to minimize risk.

7. Data Retention

Prospect data is stored for up to 24 months after our last interaction, client records for seven years to meet legal requirements, and SMS opt‑out logs for six years to satisfy carrier rules; once a retention period ends, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your Rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, or object to—or restrict—certain processing by emailing [email protected]; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals aged  18 and older; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and any such data will be promptly deleted upon discovery.

10. Policy Updates

We may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in laws or our practices; material updates will be posted on our site and, for existing SMS subscribers, briefly announced via text.
